Dear sir,
I am new about dotnet ,but familiar with classic asp. what's the difference between the architectures design way? I will very appreciate if anyone can give me some suggestion on design way and tools.

It's different, simply by the fact that .NET is totally structured in classes. Your aspx pages will be classes.
You will find yourself writing no code on the aspx file, but rather on the code behind file.
