This is the second time I bought script from DMX Zone and I am not able to use them and the worst thing is that I dont have a number to call or email address to contact someone that can help up. I keep getting the and 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments.. when I try to use the Smart Mailer I have contact my hosting company request the informating that goes in the required field and even when I add the information that they supplied I am having the same problem.

If I can prove that your script will work I will not buy any more...

What is the exact ASP error that you are getting? Don't forget to turn off the userfriendly http error messages when using internet explorer.

Also some more detail on what you are trying to do would be welcome, like do you use a template, are you sending to multiple users etc.
