And, if your application is running in a server farm, then all these options have problems including possible loss of session data, low scalability, slow performance, single point of failure, and more. NCache provides a better alternative to all of this. You can replicate or partition sessions onto multiple servers, keep sessions locally to each web server, create a separate session caching tier, and more.
