export excel file ( format is changed ) urgent

Hi,

I want to export an excel file named Allow_Deduct.xls in asp.net (V,in which I used three columns , I set the format of cell B & C as date format,

A B C
NRIC START DATE END DATE

After the user open the file Allow_Deduct.xls , the user should enter
nric , start date and end date , i used one upload button when the user click upload button i will upload that excel file , the problem here is when the user open the excel file date format is changed.

I used the html code below

here</a> and save target as on your PC.
<br> You can rename the file thereafter and update your file.</font>


Will anybody send me the code and solution for this one?
