They're addressing these needs by announcing a new option built for Google's largest customers: Google Analytics Premium. Google developed Google Analytics Premium around these pillars: more data, advanced tools, dedicated support and guarantees.

Google made a flurry of announcements regarding Google+. The social network is now available to the public after spending several months in beta. Those who have never used Google+ have more reasons to try the service today because Google has updated both the Android application and Google+ on the web. Google Shuts Down Google Desktop And Nine Other Projects

A belated Spring cleaning hit several projects at Google. The search giant announced the closure of ten ventures that have been replaced by newer products or simply remained stagnant since launch. Google CEO Larry Page announced the end of many projects at Google as well as the closure of Aardvark, a start-up that Google acquired in 2010 that was experimenting with social search.

Google TV will be launched in Europe early next year, despite its rocky start in the U.S., company Chairman Eric Schmidt told an audience in Edinburgh, Scotland. Delivering the keynote MacTaggart Lecture at the MediaGuardian Edinburgh International TV Festival, one of Britain's premier television industry events, Schmidt sought to reassure broadcasters, according to a Reuters report on the speech.

Google adds Preview Pane in Gmail Labs

Using Gmail can be a great experience, but sometimes it’s just nicer to read email in a desktop or tablet app. Having those two panels, one for your list of emails, and one for the actually email content can be much more intuitive. Well, not you can have the same sort of set up int he Gmail web app.
