IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-user License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DNzone for one (1) license to use "Back In History". "Back In History" is a Visual Studio Web Control and includes all enclosed files and electronic documentation ("COMPONENT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the COMPONENT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. COMPONENT LICENSE The COMPONENT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The COMPONENT is licensed, not sold. Copyright All title and copyrights in and to the COMPONENT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the COMPONENT), and any copies of the COMPONENT are owned by DNzone. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. One License Required Per Developer Use of COMPONENT requires one license per developer. Licenses are non-transferable between developers. For instance, if a company has two developers that will use the COMPONENT, then that company requires two licenses. This is the case even if the developers will not be working with the COMPONENT at the same time or a project is transferred from one developer to another. Distribution
Upgrades If the COMPONENT is an upgrade from another product, you may use that upgraded product only in accordance with this EULA. Termination Without prejudice to any other rights, DNzone may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the COMPONENT and all of its component parts. LIMITED WARRANTY Although DNzone has tested this COMPONENT and reviewed the documentation, DNzone makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to this COMPONENT, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. As a result, this COMPONENT is licensed AS-IS, and you are assuming the entire risk as to its quality and performance. DNzone shall not be liable for any claim or right to recover damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the COMPONENT or special, incidental, or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if DNzone has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. |
