I'm just not good enough, to make tutorials...
too little time, so many ideas

Ok, I would totally write some, but I feel they are lame, but then I know others need some tips n guidance - even if I think they are too easy or "lame."

I don't have the time, I'm honestly too busy USING the apps for work.

Well my advise is - always start little. They see how popular your tutorials become and then go further :)

You could also do an indirect payment system in that they earn credit for different extensions
tutorials

i think tutorials could be posted by the writer, then users look at them and review them. they give it a score. you would have to be sure that the score was posted by someone other than the writer (they might try to illegitimetly earn cash). email address alone would not suffice. i dont know how you would do it. you could have a panel (you guys at udzone)that looks at tutorials and says: "yes, this is good, people will like it. lets give 'em $25". just a thought

Best Tutorial By Subject Winnet

I think you could go broke paying for all the tutorials people would send in if you decided to pay for all of them, plus the quality may level out for most authors without any incentive or push to do better.

What if you gave ten topics to be used for tutorials and whoever writes the best tutorial for each of those topics wins a prize.  You could run contests every week with as many or as few subjects as you need.  This way you will get the best out of each person.  Besides, most people love competition so it will also add a touch of fun to the whole thing.

I hope you like this suggestion because I sure like this site and it would be nice to give something back!
